Mixing Eductor – Advanced Turbulent Aeration for Water Storage Tanks
Efficient Gas & Oxygen Mixing | Prevents Stratification | Reduces Sludge
Our high-performance mixing eductor is engineered to eliminate stagnant water and ensure complete dissolution of injected gases (O₂, O₃, CO₂, etc.) in storage tanks. By generating controlled turbulence, it maximizes gas-to-water contact, prevents thermal/chemical stratification, and maintains uniform water quality—all without mechanical agitators.
Key Benefits
✔ Eliminates Stratification – Powerful jet flow disrupts layering, ensuring consistent temperature and oxygen levels throughout the tank.
✔ Enhances Gas Dissolution – Turbulence triples gas transfer efficiency vs. passive diffusion, reducing treatment costs.
✔ Reduces Sludge Buildup – When paired with a graded activated glass media filter, solids remain in suspension longer, are oxidized and filtered out preventing sediment accumulation.
✔ Zero Moving Parts – Maintenance-free operation with no energy consumption (works via fluid pressure).
✔ Corrosion-Resistant - Built with corrosion resistant materials.
How It Works
- High-Velocity Water Flow enters the eductor, creating a Venturi suction that draws in surrounding water and increases flow by up to 5 x.
- Intense Turbulence thoroughly mixes gases into the water column, preventing "dead zones."
- Downstream Filtration – The graded activated glass media captures oxidized particles, polishing water clarity and reducing sludge.
Ideal Applications
- Municipal Water Storage – Prevents anaerobic conditions and biofilm growth.
- Wastewater Treatment – Improves aeration and chemical dispersion in holding tanks.
- Aquaculture – Maintains dissolved oxygen (DO) for fish health.
- Industrial Process Tanks – Ensures uniform chemical concentrations.
Why Pair with a Graded Activated Glass Filter?
- Mechanical Filtration – Removes particulates down to 0.5 microns.
- Oxidative Surface – Catalyzes breakdown of organic sludge.
- Self-Cleaning – flow design extends service life.
Result: Crystal-clear water with minimal maintenance.
